2. Business Purpose
This website is intended for B2B (business-to-business) purposes. All inquiries, quotes, and transactions are conducted between SAI Import Export Agro and registered business entities.

- Actual product quality may vary by batch, season, and crop year.
- Prices displayed are indicative and subject to change based on market conditions, quantity, and shipping terms.
4. Pricing & Quotations
- All prices quoted are in USD unless otherwise specified.
- Pricing is based on FOB (Free on Board), CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight), or CFR (Cost & Freight) Incoterms as agreed upon.
- Quotations are valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.
- Final pricing is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed purchase order or proforma invoice.
5. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
All orders are subject to a minimum order quantity as specified per product. Standard MOQ for most rice varieties is 25 MT (metric tons) per shipment.
6. Payment Terms
- Letter of Credit (LC): At sight, irrevocable, confirmed LC from a reputable bank.
- Telegraphic Transfer (T/T): 30% advance payment with balance against Bill of Lading.
- Payment terms are finalized during contract negotiation.
7. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipments are made from Indian ports including Nhava Sheva (Mumbai), Mundra, Haldia, and Chennai.
- Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to port congestion, customs clearance, or force majeure events.
- Risk transfers to the buyer as per the agreed Incoterm.
8. Quality Assurance
All products undergo rigorous quality checks and comply with FSSAI, APEDA, ISO 22000, and HACCP standards. Third-party inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas) can be arranged upon buyer's request at additional cost.
9. Limitation of Liability
SAI Import Export Agro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or reliance on information provided herein.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, images, and design elements on this website are the property of SAI Import Export Agro and may not be reproduced without written permission.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
